What I do

I help people live a more embodied, heart-centered, connected life through art and creative wellbeing practices, that draw on the wisdom of Qigong, nature and doaist energy practices.

My approach is deeply rooted in the exploration and understanding of our inner worlds, fostering a nurturing relationship with ourselves that forms the foundation for all other relationships in our lives.

I am passionate about guiding others home to their bodies as an extension of nature—a precious gift through which we experience all life. By accepting, appreciating, and nurturing our bodies, we cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, allowing us to live more fully and authentically.

My mission is to empower you to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion. As we deepen our relationship with ourselves, we naturally enhance our connections with others, creating more meaningful, fulfilling relationships and a richer experience of life.

How I do it

I work one on one with primarily online to co-create sessions to support you in your goals.

Sessions are tailored to suit you. I also provide resources and practices you can incorporate in your daily life outside of sessions. This is essential in empowering you to make positive and lasting change towards your goals.

I also offer online journeys, courses and in person events throughout the year.

Please sign up to my newsletter or follow me on social media for regular updates on my offerings.

Why I do it

My journey into this work began with my own struggles with an eating disorder, addictions, and a profound sense of disconnection from life. For over a decade, I experienced an eating disorder and body image dysmorphia, which robbed me of my creativity, joy, and the ability to fully participate in life. As my illness took a darker turn, I realised I needed to make a change. This pivotal moment led me to explore the greatest mystery of all—myself.

Initially, with the guidance of a psychologist, I started to uncover the underlying issues that contributed to my eating disorder. I realised that healing required me to rebuild my relationship with my body, reclaim it as my vessel for experiencing life, and begin living fully again. I began exploring different embodiment practices, allowing myself to be drawn toward discovering what truly nurtured, excited, and delighted me.

Through this exploration, I found a deep joy in nature, creativity, and meaningful engagement with others. I discovered that by embracing the mind-body-spirit connection, I could experience life with a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment. This personal transformation ignited a passion within me to help others find their own paths to joy and fulfillment.

I believe that many of us are struggling with our wellbeing, battling addictions, navigating complex relationships, and ultimately searching for something deeper in life. I want to provide a space where people can explore their inner worlds, nurture their relationships with themselves, and connect with others on a similar journey. By sharing the modalities and insights that have enriched my life, I hope to empower others to cultivate a more embodied, heart-centered life and unlock their true potential.
